LOL.Mondayyyy!Start of a new week,start of a new life. :)
Not going to be so emo anymore.Going to try my best to be HAPPYHAPPYHAPPY.Haha
Loved chinese class today.A bit the slack.Chatted with KwanShyan,WengYew,Russell&Audrey.Hahas.Chat about what?About EXCERCING&LOOSING WEIGHT!LOL.Was talking about waht kind of guys girls prefer.One that is very bulky-looking,like the hulk or an average guy with SEAYE body.LOL.Found out that I somehow prefer guys who are average,with some muscles.LOL.Then talked about how some guys have that little triangle thing around their pelvis there.I think it's hot if a guy has that la.LOLL!
Then talked about which excersises will help us loose weight or gain muscles or tone our bodies.LOL.All from Russell Chew.He said we can do push-ups to tone our arms I think.Then sit-ups&crunches will help us loose stomach fats.&&when we do sit-ups,don't hook our legs on anything.That one can tone our legs,I think.LOL.&I also know whow to make our hips smaller.LOL.Mummy dearest told me to lie on the bed,lift your legs up,maybe ninety degrees then so called sway your legs left and right.LOL.So now that I know all of these,I'm going to try them out.LOL.Let's see the results.LOLLLL.Kk,shall end here now.BYEE
